Based on this we first appreciate your Tour guide LE Quang Vinh at the Hanoi trip for his immense knowledge & who knows what is worth for a tourist to know. The other guides at different places were also good, coordial, punctual as well as taking care of Sr. ladies. However, the overall service of Tonkin Travel considering the class of transport, Hotels, 24x7 whats App response, punctuality & sincerity is no doubt 10 out of 10 . Thanks to Mr. Chandramouli Thakur for choosing such an efficient professional counterpart in Vietnam & your untiring long effort to make the trip successful.

The best part of the trip was preparing such a comprehensive itinerary- was just interestingly suitable for us. Every destination was like a peak and the splendour of it enthralls us on arrival. Every landscape of nature was bestowing its beauty on us in every destination. we appreciate your arrangement of the delicious traditional Vietnamese food ' Pho'- the famous noodle soup with sliced beef , the Rice noodles dish .Rever Shrimp in rice wrapper, various sea foods, & the unique local specialities cooking of a whole 'elephant -ear fish' (Photo) with Hot Chilli sauce & the refreshing chilled Saigon Bia. Every morning the pleasant Aroma of Vietnamese Arabica coffee starts a boosting day. This is what gives meaning to life and the thrill to be alive. 🙂

Day 1 - visit to the Great War Remnants Museum, the uniquely designed Central Post Office by the famous architect Mr. Eiffel & the Sky desk at Saigon ( Ho- Chi Minh city ) all were beautiful - *except for a visit to the Big market at Chinatown.

Day 2 - Such a pleasant local boat trip on the branch of the Mekong River at Ben tre, (Photo) visiting village handicraft industries, purchasing of traditional vietnamese conical hat & brightly painted Wicker Tet mask & enjoying the local home made lunch (See photo)- a really unforgettable experience.

Day -3 No doubt the visit of the secret underground bunkers of the historically famous ' Cu Chi tunnel' was the best of the Saigon trip- here we appreciate your guide for his proper explanation of the then war victory history.

Day -4, We appreciate the comfortability of Vietnam Airlines to fly from Saigon city to Da Nang Airport. Afternoon Strolling trip of the UNESCO world heritage site at HOI AN (Photo)with a lovely & tranquil setting to experience the old tradition of Vietnamese Tea drinking was an unique experience. Here your guide was also very helpful.

Day-5, We were delighted to visit such a spectacular Hindu Art & Sculptures at Da Nang during the Cham Empire . Climbing to the monkey mountain area & to see the statue of 'Lady Budhha' (Photo) surprised us! Evening passing through the photogenic Fishing village of Lang Co was wonderful.

Day-6, The famous HUE city tour which was once the capital of Vietnam during the Nguyen dynasty from 1802 to 1945 & now declared a world heritage site by UNESCO was really a history educatative tour - Evening enjoying a boat ride at ' Perfume river' was a pleasant moment . Here your guide was very helpful.

Day -7, Many thanks to you for adjusting the Hanoi itinerary in spite of such a delayed flight. Evening enjoyment of watching the traditional 'Vietnamese Water Puppet Show' at Bong Sen was exceptionally entertaining. Appreciate the skill of the Puppeteers- thought why missed my sweet granddaughter there🙋 .

Day-8, The long awaited Hanoi- Halong Bay trip was an unforgettable day spending in the luxury 'La Casta Cruise' with Pre reserved Table & the elaborate buffet Lunch menu. The adventures of Climiming the Hang Sung Sot cave at Bo Hon island at such an altitude was a great challenge to me at this 71 yrs. of my age but was more exciting than that of my climbing experience of staircases of 'The Great Wall of China ' about 20 yrs. back . The panoramic view of the Stalactites & Stalagmite on the cave was a paradise(Photo). Thank God returned safely to the boat with careful assistance of the young Cruise guide. Your world class infrastructure , a leader in training professionals & the Vibrant life of the city has impressed us a lot. These are the keys of your sustainable tourism.

Day- 9 . Visit to the first Vietnamese university in the temple of literature - when the structure was made in the year 1070 & was dedicated to 'Confucious' as an excellence of knowledge hub. Visited the unique single pillar structure Pagoda built by the Emperor Ly Thai Tong in AD 1049 & Vietnam museum of ethnology. The most remarkable visit was ' Ho Chi Minh mausoleum' - his last resting place. It was our lifetime dream to pay respect to the great world leader & your father of the nation . Com. Ho Chi Minh is also highly respected in India , He had visited once in our home town at Kolkata ( the then Calcutta) and we have a leading street in memory of his name. Our teammate Mr. Jayanta Chatterjee had an opportunity to meet him also during that time. Once again we appreciate the service of your knowledgeable guide Mr. Quang Vinh on that day.

We respectfully admire your country, People & the culture as a whole for global glory. Long live our friendship.

Your respectfully
