Our experience with Tonkin Travel was absolutely outstanding from the beginning to the end. Our 15 day trip was professionally organized, smooth, and stress-free. Every detail from airport transfers and hotel arrangements to tour guides and transportation was handled with care and precision.
What impressed us most was Ms. Hanh Pham’s excellent communication and personalized service. She listened carefully to our preferences and created an itinerary that perfectly matched our interests from hotel choices to siteseeing destinations. The tour guides she chose for us were knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing the culture, history, and beauty of Vietnam.
We especially appreciated how punctual, responsive, and attentive the team was throughout the journey. The accommodations were comfortable, the activities were well chosen, and every destination felt authentic and memorable.
Thanks to Tonkin Travel, especially Ms. Hanh Pham, we experienced Vietnam in a meaningful and unforgettable way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and high-quality travel company in Vietnam. We would definitely travel with them again!
