Our first trip with Tonkin travel was in 2007! We have since used Tonkin since to organise another 4 trips (5 total) and have recommended them to many friends. They have all been wonderful and seamless. This trip was organised by Nga, who was responsive and available when needed. All our drivers (just used for transfers) tour guides and hotels were wonderful and just as asked. We like smaller boutique type accommodation. Stand outs from this trip was Pu Luong nature reserve, walking and cycling and the amazing accommodation Pu Luong Natura. However it is a long drive from Hanoi (5hrs) but worth it! 2 Nights with Prince Junk company: Bat Tu Long Cruise: near Ha long bay, we had a private boat for 3 couples, was luxury! The staff couldn't do more for you and the meals and scenery were amazing. Loved doing the Hai Van Pass on the back of motor bike (Danang Motorbike Adventure) & cycling tour from Hue (organised by Nga). We had a last minute change of mind about our itinerary at the end of our trip, Nga organised new flights and hotels without any bother. Can highly recommend this travel company.
