For our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, we decided we wanted a personalized experience for just the 4 of us and Tonkin Travel turned out to be the perfect choice to make that happen. Our travel Agent Ms. Hanh Pham was incredibly enthusiastic and accommodating, managing to include every single one of our wishes into a balanced itinerary! It is truly remarkable that we managed to visit Saigon, Can Tho, Hoi An, Hanoi and Siem Reap in a time of 11 days and (thanks to Hanh) have an amazing time, not ending up completely exhausted by the end. One small suggestion (NOT a complaint) would be to avoid scheduling items on the itinerary which might be delayed due to the weather before a flight on the same day. Our return from Ba Na hills was a little worrying because there was a chance of the cable cars getting stopped by the rainy weather. We did not end up facing any issues but this might be a potential problem for other travellers in the future. The hotels arranged were all top notch, the tour guides in each city were all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and any dietary preferences were always taken care of.
