We recently completed a 15 day trip to Vietnam. We were a group of six people 4 adults and 2 kids, and we wanted to cover Ho Chi Minh City, Danang, Hoi An and Hanoi. It seemed quite a complex undertaking to plan a trip, taking care of adults and kids requirements, balancing the days activities and tour programs . They covered a Ha Long bay tour, Ninh Binh farm visit, Bana Hills apart from the cities themselves. We were lucky to get excellent support and planning inputs from Tonkin travel, and Thao Doan specifically went into great detail and made many iterations to come up with a complete holiday that would work for everyone. The execution was equally smooth. We were met with dedicated guides at different places. The transportation was well organized. The days went well and everything went swimmingly well. Thao was always available to suggest options even for free days. Another point that I really appreciate was Thao’s flexibility and willingness to make changes. When we landed up in the path of an unexpected typhoon, she was willing to make a Plan B while we were on our trip itself. That shows a genuine level of consideration and care for their traveling guests. I would use Tonkin Travel again to visit beautiful Vietnam and Thao would be my first contact to plan out the same !
