Tonkin Travel were absolutely THE BEST company to book our trip to Vietnam through. Thao Doan worked with me to put together an amazing itinerary. She was so receptive to our needs and actively listened to our interests and what we were hoping to get out of the trip. She put together a fabulous itinerary for the visit to both Hoi An and Hanoi. I could not fault her communications before the trip but also during the trip. She made everything extra special and made us feel very welcome. The first night in Hanoi she took us out for a special dinner and we had such a lovely night with her!! Each day we were in Vietnam she kept checking in to ensure we were comfortable and happy with everything. Tonkin travel also had amazing private guides and drivers. We felt so privileged to have our own van driver and guide who could give us their sole attention. The transport was in immaculate condition and we always felt safe with the experienced drivers. Our guides, Bat in Hoi An and Fi Fi in Hanoi were excellent. The stories were amazing and so interesting. Our tours were exactly what we had wanted and were all so much fun!!! It was such a perfect trip. I would recommend this company to everyone travelling to Vietnam. They went above and beyond to make our trip special.
